Cleaning plastic windows

After many years of use, the plastic windows in my side screens and hood rear window are very scratched and not very clear. Can anyone recommend a product that I can use to restore them back to clarity. I've tried a couple to no real success

Micro mesh, a prod for cleaning Perspex aircraft canopies, google it, works well on other plastics as well, use it on Bang and Olufsen panels, if you follow the instructions get a superb finish(wet and dry up to about 6000 then a cream polish)

Someone has offered to let me try some clay detailer which I am not sure about but it is worth a try. If it doesn't work I shall be onto Flightstore

Traditionally people used Brasso to clear opaque plastic windows in the rear of softtops. Duraglit wadding polish is even less abrasive !

Back in my Air Force days we used a product made by Goddards specifically for polishing Perspex/plastics.
