    New wheel cylinders, new drums and new shoes/linings so all goes on easily now.

    I will have another go at this during the summer, taking the drums off and making a suitable hole in the backplate so I can adjust the toothed wheel while the drums are on. I'll seal it with a rubber grommet.

    I can see that the transmission tunnel has been on and off a few times so I'm hoping you are correct Ben and that their is an adjuster there.

    Just a shame that despite best efforts during this last week I wasn't quite ready for the 'Smokie' run today as it would have been a good day out. Still, at least I should get through the MOT next week.
