Landrover S1 club have spoken to the organiser, apparently there are a lot of clubs interested and they are looking at providing a separate field for clubs.

I'll see Dog and DS at Suffolk meet this w/end. I think we're planning on a convoy from Derbyshire so will talk timing with them and post here next week (Weds ?)

OK so it's a bit later than Weds, sorry. I've spoken with DS and the Dog, and we have decided to make our separate ways to the Ironworks.

Doug Billings will also be coming for the day

Suggestion is that all of us meet at the Mile End services at 8am and then we can convoy in and hopefully get parked together

Hope this is OK with everyone - however should the weather be totally against us we may change our minds !

My mobile is 07757 331444 should you need to contact, and it's a good 3 hours from Gainsborough so I will be on the road by 5am (Aargghh!)

Where is 8AM? I have heard rumours that it exists on a Saturday! Mile End Services is at the Junction of the A5 & A483 Welshpool Rd Oswestry. The Ironworks is just down the A5 towards Shrewsbury.

1300 Friday, The rain has stopped and the skies are clearing from the Oswestry direction. Fingers crossed. 'Best beloved' has just realised that I was not joking about leaving by 0700.
