    Nice early GT6 based Roadster if anyone's looking for a project, just 500 quid.

    - 9th owner of T693 SSC possibly a factory built Ford based V8 Sportster
    - 4th owner of Q309 RNV, an early Cabrio built by Bob Copping, owned Doug & Liz Billings for 16 years
    - 9th Custodian of JRR 929D, Triumph Vitesse based special Paul Moorehouse built prior to the Triumph Roadster kits.
    - 8th owner of Roadster chassis number 2395. Now owned by Barry!
    - Builder of chassis number 2325 (PKK 989M) in the mid 80's. Now owned by Eric & Lynne.

            No SVA, no IVA? Worth the sum of its parts to somebody out there.

            1984 Marlin Roadster SWB.
            1800TC, Unleaded ported head, stage 2 cam. Ford Type 9 gearbox, Dolomite Sprint rear axle fitted with MGF disc brakes.
            Three core radiator, Renault Clio vented front discs.

              Another triumph based car bites the dust .. does anyone have any idea how many are left ?? DC Maybe ??

                  Not necessarily Richard, we'll wait and see. There is some history to this one.

                  Re numbers, simple answer is "dunno" never counted the current ones, we just deal with the total archive and no differentiation on "active" or not

                      It's a shame the car is such a long way away as I had a chance to purchase this car some time ago when it was in Birmingham ,I could kick myself for being so hesitant still the price has jumped sum what .still worth saving though.

                        The problem to overcome is that with the loss of the V5 and the car not being marked with its VIN the DVLA wont provide a replacement V5 or provide the VIN number without the owner making a considerable history case. Even then its still a very grey route to go down.

                          A rough count out of the 236 Mk1 All Triumph kits produced we have some info of about 143 cars plus a few unbuilt "projects" but a few cars have since bitten the dust, exactly how many still exist we will never really know. This does not include the hybrid cars.
