    Goodyear warning!
    ________________________________________
To all that run eagle F1 GSD3's,i thought i would let you know that i have found that there are two types! There propper one that is a really good tyre, does'nt squeak and sticks really well is made in Germany, and has this written on the sidewall. The second has made in Thailand written on the side wall, they both look the same but my god they are not!The one from Thailand is horrible it squeaks and induces alot of understeer, and generally has no grip, its ok for traction and breaking thought lol.I am still unsure as to weather or not its a copy or not,but reading around on the internet there apears to be two compounds from goodyear.

The tyres are made by goodyear good news i guess bearing in mind i have been fast on them, but the compound is not designed for this country, the tyre has an E mark but no number after it,so it should'nt even be in this country! The european market tyre thats made in a factory Germany that wins all the tests has more silica in it that reverses its properties so it gets harder when hot,and softer when cold to help stop it getting slimey when hot and to help out in our winter. The POS things that are on mine at the moment he does'nt even know what compound they are.
The thing is i did'nt even think to check when they where fitted, and i cannot stress just how bad the ones from Thialand are, they are just nasty!

    Re: GOODYEAR TYRE WARNING

I had some GSD3's on the back of my daily driver. They lasted all of 7000 miles and were generally not great. These were the ones that shouldn't be on sale in this country. So look for the made in Germany sticker!
