My Berli Kit has an ID number 3838 on all the panels, I know little of its history is there a way to find out from this number when and to whom it was sold?
PS Looking for a headlamp bar, can anyone help?

    Hi Malcolm

I don't think you'll get far with the history search as Marlin Cars appear to be somewhat disorganised with their books and sales of kits from the past. Apprently they still are!

It's possible someone may have a headlamp bar but you would have to put something in the mag I think. The next issue is due out soon so it would have to go out in August. contact me if you are still looking by 15th July. The only other alternative is to have a bar made....

EARLY BERLINETTAS had a wider tunnel This was reduced to try to gain some extra seat width space when they were slimmed down it was not uncommon to have the propshaft slap the tunnel sides when taking up drive if over zelous.
