If it's good enough for FIA, it's bound to be good enough for SVA (assuming it's a SVA approved switch of course). I wasn't aware the SVA required one, but that doesn't mean much.

      Thanks for the information. As I understand the isolator switch is an accepted security device with the SVA. Will now proceed as advised.

        Just put my Cabrio through SVA & they were happy with mine next to battery in engine bay. Regards C
