Sixteen Marliners had a good pub meal last evening - the Chairman toasted The Queen. Good company - enjoyed by all.

Thank you to all who attended. Trust you all had a good time - sorry once again for not being able to do anything about the weather.

We had several toasts to "The Queen", thank you Doug.

We wish Geoff Grumble all the best with the Suffolk Weekend.

Hope you all had a safe journey home.

Rob/Terresa. Marlin owners laugh in the face of bad weather. Thanks for all your efforts. David

Many thanks for a great long weekend. The run was super and after breaking down on Sunday in the pouring rain we really got the benefit of the views on Monday when we finally completed the run. First time in 19 years of Marlin ownership that we had to call out help. It turned out to be a coil failure which stopped us in our tracks. Fortunately we were carrying a spare one.

Re: Marlins in the Marches - Jubilee Weekend

Thanks Rob & Teresa for a great weekend and a cracking little camp site. Better weather would have been the icing on the cake but there's nothing you can do about that. We had a long but uneventful journey home and I was surprised how light the traffic was considering it was a bank holiday. Maybe the weather and these austere times kept a lot of people at home.

                            Cheers
