    Hi Fred,
Get car high enough to ease getting underneath
    Remove prop
Put jack under gearbox and remove mount so you can Lower the box it slightly
Drill a tiny hole into the metal part of the oil seal
Screw self taping screw in and prise the oil seal out you may get a bit of oil
    Clean oil seal hole up
Find a piece of tube or even a socket the same outside diameter as the oil seal and tap it into box, make sure it is square
Examane you props haft as the part that rubs on your oil seal may have a grove in it at if this is the case it will continue to leak, 3 options 1, a new prop, 2 a spacers at the back of the prop flanges to move prop forward 2/3 mm,3 or 2/3 mill taken off diff flange to move prop back so the seal rubs on another part of the prop all of these will need machining.
Hope this helps and makes sence if not give me a call 07720398794 and I can talk out through it
