Has anyone tried any seats from Intatrim , specifically the Oddysey ?

    Re: Seats

I am about to replace a pair of intatrim ranger seats in my lwb roadster they are the same width but shorter than the oddysey and fit perfectly. Incidently I am using original marlin seats, I prefer the period look.

Bob how did you find them comfort wise? The main reason I'm looking at putting alternatives to the Marlin seats (which need refoaming and retrimming anyway) is the lack of head restraints as I don't like driving without neck protection in the case of an accident.

Mathew I found them to be as uncomfortable as I imagine the originals will be. They have minimal padding! Lack of Head restraints is a problem I am just trying to ignore.

If it's real comfort you want with head rests and fit in the limited space available I would urge you to consider building your own seats. It's not that difficult and a great project. At the end of the project you should have exactly the seat you wanted. I built mine a year ago and I'm still delighted with them.
