  • Article : The Cabrio Story

Many thanks to a member who has recently been sent me a photocopy (scanned here) of an article I've not seen before.

Can anyone tell me which magazine/date it's from as I would like to try and obtain a copy of the magazine

    TIA DC

Re: Article : The Cabrio Story

Hi Dave, I will have a chay at Newark, I thought you would have all these early articles. There was also one written by Peter Cahill (Sound Thinking) in several parts, this was a step by step build of the late Peter Hares first customer built car. Another (Wheres the Cream?) and (Shining Star) and a little later 1994 Kit car (Legengary Driven) and lots of others. There are also articles from the Telegraph when Mark and Terry began their time with the car. See you at Newark. Danny.

Sorry Dave, in answer to your question. The article you show is from Kit car August 1992.

          Hi DC,
Any chance it could be reproduced in Pitstop?

            Mornin' Millie

Once I get hold of a good copy then that will be a great idea - currently the copy I have is not really good enough
            to try and reproduce.

This mag unfortunately does not /has not appeared on ebay as I check for it regularly...but if anyone would care to
lend me a copy of the mag, or even send me a quality scan then I'm happy to work with Mr Editor and make it happen
