  • Is there a paint finish that will not react with brake/clutch fluid ?

    In my experience, no - however you guys may know better.

    Whilst the insides are OK, the outsides of the master cylinders are lightly rusted.

    They could just be left oiled against more rust, but would look so much better for a coat of paint.

    They could be primed/painted/lacquered as usual but it's odds on that there will be a future fluid spillage.

    So, your ideas please ?

        Don't you just love this Forum and the wealth of near instant knowledge and information !
