Merlins had solved problem by using some extra steelwork on the front of the chassis which bolted to the front of the crossmember. This would mean altering the bonnet sides to fit it in but I don't...
Worth checking tyre pressures. Maybe too high.
Possibly not built with wipers, like some Sportsters. Rainex used instead

I think we are waiting until we definitely know that groups can meet up. Hopefully Sheldon can start at the end of June if the pub re-opens. I don't fancy sitting outside in the pouring rain

My only contribution was not to damage her when driving, the last time was round the Isle of Man TT course, since then I have had a bad knee (not due to driving Bluebelle) but Landrover 110!

That's the view I had sitting in the passenger seat for all those miles! Hope you get some longer trips soon. Nice shiny bonnet!

Just like to wish all our friends in the Marlin Club a healthy and happy Christmas. I know its difficult at the moment but hopefully we will get our vaccine soon and we will be able to continue to...

Doesn't look like the Sierra one on our Berlinetta
I had this problem with a VDU sender and gauge on Bluebelle. It developed over time and the gauge reading was only stable when full and below half full. I cured it by removing the sender and...
We owned this car for 16 years and it operated happily for 50,000 miles with the present fuel cap. As far as I know the vent in the filler neck only goes to the top of the tank without a secondary...
As we needed towing mirrors on the car at times the holes may be larger than standard

Yes a run round some of the Peak District and Staffordshire Moorlands with a pub lunch at Sheldon with Max (dog) onboard. It was chilly!
Hi David
Hope you enjoy driving Bluebelle. We are going out for a run later in Gwynevere before we are locked in! Glad she has a good home. Hope to meet you somewhere in the future. Bluebelle...
I only know of 2 built. These were built by owners.
As far as we know once a Q always a Q. Don't think you can put personal plates on either. However things may have changed over the years.
Thanks for the update DC. I had wondered how James was going on as we had heard no news for a while. James was a great guy who loved his Marlins.
Welcome Jon. Hope you will be able to enjoy your car soon. Lots of advice on here if you need it.

Hi Pete
I had a Roadster which had this problem if one overfilled it. As the gauge didn't work, I would look under the car until I saw a drip of fuel and then know that the tank was full.
Hope...
