    When I first got my Roadster it had a well bashed sump. This was because there was about 4" ground clearance. I welded a 1/4" steel skid plate to it. Once I had reset the suspension there was lots.

    Hi Gareth, I don't remember but, have you tipped your seats back? I have a 2"/50mm wedge on mine. I also put a hinge under so I can tip it forward to get at the luggage space.

    II am short of pop rivets, how do you work out the tie wrap to pop rivet substitution. Or even bolts to tie wraps. Gaffer tape won't go through the hole!

    I did look at floor-mounted pedals with two brake m/c and an adjustable balance bar but I am happy enough with the brakes but a proportioning valve on the front line might be a good idea.

    Hi Tony, There used to be a Fiberglass supplier just outside Southport but this is now 'East Coast Fiberglass Supplies' 0191 497 5134. I just got Mat and epoxy resin from them. They were very helpful.
