    I generally use autodoc here in france, reasonably priced cf French stuff, and rapid delivery from their hq in germany!

    Resurrecting this, page 20, the heater control, is it by Europa?, and the vent adjust, is that home made? if not for both, from where?

    Ok, I know i'm not uk based , but Free here do a sim for 2€ per month, 2hrs calls and unlimited sms. its essentially aimed at kids who use sms all the time here a la frog!

    ^ sounds like it to me, had a similar experience earlier in the year whilst replacing the timimg belt, sorted in about 15 mins, dizzy arm is a good tip in my opinion!!

    You could also use citric acid/lemon juice or oxalic acid - the latter is poisonous, absorbed through the skin so use of latex or vinyl gloves is a must! oxalic acid will also remove iron...
