Re: Chassis number - at MOT time!

Thank you Fred, I have been using the same Garage for the last 15 years or so, they are very sensible. If they find a fault it fails but they don't seek ways of failing a car for silly reasons.

There is a chap nearby to me who has lots of diffs and Triumph parts, if all else fails give me a shout, I will se what I can do, trouble is we are far apart. You may find one much...

    Re: Mike's Cabrio Build

I realise that Mike!, it just sounded illogical at a simplistic level... Me, being simple had to make a little fun of it! :p

This forum software seems to have some interesting anomalies, I haven't...

    Re: Berli lights

It has been suggested to me to remove the rear lamp moulding and use two modern chromed LED pod type rear lamps, I think that would be more in keeping with the body style. The rear lamps are more...

Re: Chassis number - at MOT time!

Thanks Danny and the other replies. I presume the MOT will have run out about the same time as the last tax disk, Feb 1992. so it's IRO 21 years.

    Re: Plastic Suspension Bushes (Cortina0

The solid plastic bushes have to be sorted (sleeved) before I can re-fit the back axle. The lathe is 35 miles away, so it's a matter of synchronising with my buddy and getting over there. I will try...
