    Looks like it was Q803 FDD which went to France in 2015..now LHD and a new paint job but same old hood !

    Jon, you're correct. Shame that apparently there will not be proof of the kit number on the car itself
    but at least we are certain of it's provenance......you could always re-stamp it to look like...

    Might be worth a while with mole grip onto the "knob" and see if turning it into different positions has any different results?

    If the switch is working, shame to replace it, sourcing a knob...
