Fuel tank

Just found several small holes in my fuel tank!! Does anyone know if it is still possible to get new ones from anywhere. Checked on the site that was mentioned by Danny some time ago, but can't find any there. Getting one made would make it very tight for my first trip to Stoneleigh.

Alan, Thanks for this. Did give them a call but unfortunately they do not have any. However, I have found another company that have a couple of new tanks in stock.

Hi Huw, I assume a Mark III Cortina tank? If so, would you kindly let me know the contact details and cost - it may be a good idea to change mine out. Alan

Hi Alan,
My (1986)kit used a Mk 1 Escort van tank. I think that this was the standard item..but I could well be wrong!

Hi Dane, you are not wrong, escort van and estate tank are standard.

Yes its the Estate/Van one. Unfortunately he phoned back the following day to say that it was damaged and the only one in stock!! However, I have contacted Jonathan in JHLMORRISMINORS who is in the process of having some made. Apparently they use them in minors with slight modification. In the process of cutting out and replacing the bottom of mine until these arrive. There is a photograph on his site and they are £110.
