    Just been out to get fuel for tomorrow and have come back home as I was wasting more fuel than I was finding!!

    Shame there isnt an event for queuing in the Olympics.

    Just filled the Cabrio up at my local garage @134p/ltr super unleaded and the forcourt was empty. I might go back later with a tanker for a 1000 ltrs.

    Like you Bob, just filled mine and the wife's Toyota (they were in need of fuel) then went back with the Marlin filled it ready for tomorrow, 1.36 per ltr,no problem.

    ....even the RAF had a problem, though I guess this was a year or two back, they don't have that many aircraft nowadays

    Then panic now, the price of beer is to go up by 30p or more per pint because of the water shortage!! The fact that it has rained every day since the hose ban came in wont make a jot of a difference.
    Ben Caswell probably not the last word on anything here!!
