  • Tidying up the paint...

The car has/had dozens of small chips and scratches showing the undercoat/primer. Amazingly Halfords stock Ford Carnival Red as an aerosol so an old beaker, a heavy squirt of paint and a small brush followed by an hour touching up I had most of the bad areas covered. That was yesterday.

Today I've gone over the whole car with T-Cut which as restored the colour, and 'cut in' and flatted the touch up work I did giving a much better look at 10 paces

Nice one !. Bin there, done that meself. Often !. Also got about 15 different sized brushes. Mines Black so I think a bit easier to touch up. Amazing what you can do with an aerosol can of paint eh.
