    Re: Top Gear without Clarkson?

I'd hoped for better from the new show... I record it rather than watch it live as that allows me to skip through the 'ever so tedious and boring' talky interview bit with several people who obviously don't know each-other but are forced to read out a screen about this that and the other going on in eachother's lives. It's a copy of Evans's Friday morning R2 show... I just hoped he could have thought of something more original than that. Matt LeBlanc is a great presenter for the show; wry sense of humour - he fits very well. I'm waiting for the 3 Amigos to appear on Amazon...

Same here, even tho the race was a bit old hat. It's the other presenters that are keeping it fresh.
        - 9th owner of T693 SSC possibly a factory built Ford based V8 Sportster
        - 4th owner of Q309 RNV, an early Cabrio built by Bob Copping, owned Doug & Liz Billings for 16 years
        - 9th Custodian of JRR 929D, Triumph Vitesse based special Paul Moorehouse built prior to the Triumph Roadster kits.
        - 8th owner of Roadster chassis number 2395. Now owned by Barry!
        - Builder of chassis number 2325 (PKK 989M) in the mid 80's. Now owned by Eric & Lynne.

Get your Amazon Prime subscription sorted out for the autum when Clarcksons new show starts.

Some of the news outlets report that the BBC are considering another Top Gear version.

My prediction, they will try the Guest Lead Presenter style, much as in HIGNFY, all highly scripted.
