Oddly there is a 1967 Hillman Minx Estate close to me here.

He nearly did not make it as a rear wheel fell off on the way, he had just put them on after powder coating

                    Re: NEC

He was lucky in a way as years back I had a wheel come loose on my 3a Minx and it snapped the hub flange in half. Just one nut held fast and we came to a halt on a bucking bronco.

It was good to catch up with you Dave

Thanks for the opportunity to sit inside. I liked the genuine patena of use -not overestored as some can be.

About 7 years since I was at this show - I really enjoyed the mix of cars and trade stands. Run out of energy before I saw all.

Thanks Alan good to meet you, the car did attract a lot of interest over the three days.
It is a big show to do in a day but well worth the effort.
Some of the trade stands car prices were rather more than very optimistic
