I finally got hold of the chap selling the green O-series powered car in the magazine. Seems I wasn't quick enough (once again) as it sold within a couple of days of the mag coming out. So I guess it must be someone who is an MOC member that has bought it which is good. So many seem to end up in the hands of buyers who don't know what they are getting... So - anyone on here going to own up

    Cheers, Robin

PS - I am going to see the red, Alfa powered, car shortly. But I can't help thinking that just under £4k is a bit much for a car with a known gearbox issue. And that horrible digital speedo....

Thanks David - you're right of course. It's just a bit frustrating!

I just saw that and came here to tell you about it. Looks like a good one, correctly registered YKC car.

For some reason the Facebook ad has disappeared already! I did send the guy a message while the ad was active but no reply. Suspect he's changed his mind...

    Cheers, Robin

PS - just heard from the owner - yes he has changed his mind and it's no longer for sale.

    David.

That is quite a machine. Unfortunately, probably too heavy for what I have in mind.... Plus if the wife saw that she would never consider going in a Roadster again lol.

It was offered for sale on FB in July 2021 at £4,200 and, since DVLA have the last V5 change in 2014, by the same owner.

Hmm strange. I am not suprised it didn't sell at £4200 as it is only a 1.3 Ital based car. And we all know how undervalued the Roadster is ;-)
This time it was (briefly) £3200 - a bit more realistic.

    Cheers, Robin
