  • Roadster door cappings

Looking to put some door cappings on my Roadster.

Obviously hard wood as my car is left outside in all weathers.

Anyone got any ideas/pictures and where you purchased them?

    Thanks

    Adrian

    Re: Roadster door cappings

I've always made mine from exterior grade ply covered in leather cloth.
But I think now I would be tempted to use one of the hollow D shaped rubber mouldings that are available. Commonly used on boat trailers to support the bottom of the boat.
    Cheers Robin

Search for ‘hardwood capping rail’, seemed to bring up some candidates for ‘conversion’.
