  • Request for Exhaust routing Pictures

Will hopefully be starting a build soon with E46 doner Could do with some ideas on exhaust routing from the manifold preferably to a side outlet rather than under and out the rear end. Likely I will need to retain CATS with existing headers so limited in some respects.
If anyone has pictures detailing this with E46 or with E36 doner they would be really helpful?

    Regards Berry

    Hi Berry,

Mines underfloor and M20, I Y split it for the quad exhaust effect (https://www.marlinownersclub.com/for...05-New-exhaust)

I've had a look through my image archive, this is all I can find for non underfloor examples:

    From the Gooster (GOO)

Many thanks Patrick sorry for my late reply .I like the way the pipe doubles back for the exit through the side panel navigating the steering column. I was looking at retaining the original set of Cats close to the header and doing something like this

I'm fairly sure that red car above was built by Marlin so I suggest you speak to Terry.

I'd miss filed those images, Vikki the Gooster's sportster is black, but also has the marlin dual exit exhaust with the connecting pipe, some images on the great old ones website:
